Deleting your GYMBABE app account

Do you want to delete your account in the GYMBABE app and the associated personal data? You can submit a deletion request for this purpose.

Send an email to info@gymbabe.nl from the email address with which your account is registered in the GYMBABE app.

Please use the following as the subject:

Delete my GYMBABE app account

In the email, state the email address you used to register in the GYMBABE app. We will use this to verify which account needs to be deleted.

Which data will be deleted?

After processing your request, we will delete the GYMBABE app account and the data linked to that account, to the extent that it is no longer necessary for legal or administrative purposes. This may include:

• name and email address;
• profile data;
• stored training data;
• training schedules and workout data;
• weight and progress data;
• calorie and nutrition data you have stored in the app;
• settings and other data linked to your GYMBABE app account.

Data that may be retained longer

Certain data may be retained longer if GYMBABE is legally obliged to do so, for example, data that is part of the financial administration or payment administration. This data will not be stored longer than legally necessary.

Processing your request

We will process your deletion request as quickly as possible. If additional verification is required, we may ask you to confirm that the request originates from the owner of the GYMBABE app account concerned.
