About data processing
Webshop software – JouwWeb
Our online store is developed using software from JouwWeb. Personal data you provide to us for the purposes of our services is shared with this party. JouwWeb has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. JouwWeb is required to implement appropriate security measures, such as SSL encryption and a strong password policy.
Web hosting – JouwWeb
We purchase web hosting and email services from JouwWeb. JouwWeb processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. We also use JouwWeb for email communications.
Payment processors – Mollie & Klarna
We use Mollie and Klarna for payments. Both parties process your name, address, city, and payment information. They have implemented appropriate security measures and do not store your data longer than legally permitted.
Shipping and logistics – PostNL, DHL & GLS
We use PostNL, DHL, and GLS to deliver orders. For this, we need to share your name, address, and city details with them.
Invoicing and accounting – E-Bookkeeping
We use E-Boekhouden for our administrative purposes. They receive your name, address, city, and order information to process sales invoices.
